Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented Sous Chef with strong experience in global/world cuisine to support our chef teams delivering high-quality staff dining and hospitality in a vibrant London location.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with excellent, seasonal ingredients, contributing to menus that are sustainable, nutritionally balanced, and full of flavor. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking food culture that values creativity, quality, and innovation.

Qualifications
About You:
- Passionate about food with a positive, professional, and friendly attitude
- Experienced in fresh food kitchens with a good understanding of world cuisines
- Organised, reliable, and eager to learn and progress within a supportive team
What we're looking for:
- A creative, food-focused chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal food.
- A hands-on leader who enjoys developing and motivating their team.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading a busy kitchen.
- Confident in stock control, ordering and reducing waste.
- Organised, proactive and able to support the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations.
- Committed to delivering exceptional food and service in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
