Sous Chefs - Monday - Friday - Across London!
As Sous Chef, you will play a key leadership role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food and an exceptional dining experience. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with all food safety and company standards.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong culinary skills, leadership ability, and a passion for developing teams.
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Proven experience in a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie role
- Excellent cooking skills with attention to detail
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Experience managing food costs and GP

- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery (or equivalent)
- Food Hygiene Level 2 or 3 certification
- Previous experience in contract catering or high-volume environments
