Sous Chef
The Fellow is a popular North London establishment near King’s Cross and St Pancras train stations, featuring a pub, a cocktail bar, and a heated roof terrace. We serve seasonal menus, including Sunday roasts, and offer a selection of craft beers and cocktails.
Requirements
- Existing Sous Chef or Senior CDP looking for their next step
- Natural leader with a passion and flare for producing quality fresh food
- Experience championing excellent service through quality food
- Passion for leading and developing a team
- Active hands-on Chef with excellent communication skills
- Responsible and able to manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and all health and safety effectively
- Ability to demonstrate creativity by helping to design and deliver new dishes
- Great planning and organisational skills, necessary to maintain effective controls with regard both GP and labour
- Pro-active approach to driving sales and delivering growth

Responsibilities
- Work alongside the Head Chef to create menus and specials
- Lead and develop the kitchen team
- Manage the kitchen staff rota, training, and health and safety
- Design and deliver new dishes for menus and daily specials
- Maintain effective GP and labour controls
- Drive sales and deliver growth through team engagement
