The club boasts a spacious, state-of-the-art kitchen led by an influential Executive Head Chef and supported by a professional brigade of 18 chefs. They now have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and highly skilled Sous Pastry Chef to join the team and take a leading role within the pastry section. This position is ideal for a driven pastry professional who thrives in a creative, progressive environment and is ready to contribute to a dynamic brigade while shaping the pastry offering of a prestigious establishment.

Sous Pastry Chef Requirements

  • A hardworking and experienced Sous Pastry Chef with a background in high-end hotels, private members’ clubs, or quality restaurants. All applicants must demonstrate a stable, proven career history within reputable kitchens.
  • A creative, organized pastry professional with a strong eye for detail and a passion for modern pastry techniques. You will work closely with the Executive Chef to develop and refine innovative menus.
  • Confident leading a small pastry brigade of two chefs, with the ability to motivate, train, and maintain exceptional standards within an intimate, high-performing team.
