Our Pastry sous chef is tasked with running efficient operations, commercial performance, and above all, strong team leadership.

You’ll complete varied activities ranging from cleaning down the kitchen, to creating service efficiencies with your team. We are a “walk-in” only business, we don’t need bookings to fill our restaurants! We’re no office folk here, we expect our managers of all levels to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. You’ll be getting fully involved in the day-to-day operations of your kitchen from doing prep, to making orders.

A full Job Description will be made available to you during the hiring process.

Essential Experience:

  • You’ll have worked in a leadership role in a kitchen for at least 2 - 5 years.
  • At least 2 years working as a sous chef.

It would be even better (but not essential) if:

  • You have at least 2 years experience at senior sous Chef level in a busy restaurant or café.
