South African English-Speaking Telemarketing Specialist

Full-Time or Part-Time – On-Site

Location: Solihull

Salary: £12.71 per hour + Bonus

Are you a confident communicator with a South African background and fluent English-speaking skills?

We’re looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join a busy business-to-business (B2B) marketing team as Telemarketing Specialists.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and an interest in sales, marketing, or customer engagement. South African English speakers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to engage with business clients
  • Communicate confidently in English with customers and prospects
  • Generate leads and set appointments
  • Provide information about services and respond to client queries
  • Maintain and update customer databases
  • Conduct telephone surveys and follow-up calls
  • Book attendees for events and support marketing campaigns
  • Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • South African applicants with fluent English-speaking ability
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence speaking with clients over the phone
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or support (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to understand client needs and explain solutions clearly
  • Well-organised with good time management skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
  • Must be available to work on-site in Solihull
