ROLE
SkillCorner is seeking a Regional Director to lead the growth of our multi-sport business across South Europe and South America. You will set regional strategy, lead and coach the commercial team, own key strategic opportunities and partnerships, and ensure that new business, customer expansion and market development combine into durable regional growth.

Remote within South Europe, with a preference for a major regional sports market. Frequent travel across the territory and periodic travel to Paris are required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own the regional business plan, targets, forecast and commercial performance across football and basketball.
- Lead, coach and develop Business Development and customer-facing team members in the region.
- Build executive relationships and personally lead strategic, complex or high-value opportunities.
- Develop direct-sales, partnership and channel strategies suited to individual markets.
- Maintain rigorous pipeline governance, pricing discipline, contracting standards and performance reporting.
- Coordinate with Customer Solutions, Product, Analysis and Marketing to improve adoption, retention and expansion.
- Provide market intelligence that informs product positioning, competition coverage and company strategy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Significant commercial leadership experience with a strong record of revenue growth.
- Deep knowledge of the sports data, sports technology or professional team-sport landscape in South Europe.
- Experience leading teams and complex enterprise sales across multiple countries.
- Fluent English plus at least one major South European language.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, forecasting and stakeholder-management skills.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Network across football and/or basketball clubs, leagues, federations and agencies.
- Experience with subscription data, analytics, SaaS or API products.
- Experience scaling an international region or establishing new markets.
