🔧 What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our Southern branches. You’ll be:
- Developing and executing robust regional & global Sales Strategies aimed at achieving and surpassing sales targets, while expanding the customer base.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts to supporting long-term growth and retention.

✔ Who we’re looking for
Experience within the aftermarket parts trade is highly advantageous for this role. We’re looking for someone who:
- Has a high level of leadership qualities to manage the Branch Sales Managers, senior sales and sales advisors.
- Can pick up systems quickly.
- Has an interest in cars/mechanics or previous experience in sales/advice work.
- Stays calm under pressure.
- Brings a positive, reliable, “team-first” attitude.
Experience with MAM or similar software is helpful, but not essential.

- 42.5 hours per week
- Monday–Friday between 7am–6pm
- 30-minute meal break each day
