At Dosa Kitchen, we are passionate about showcasing authentic and modern Indian cuisine, with a special focus on South Indian culinary traditions while also celebrating the rich diversity of North Indian flavours. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a talented and experienced Specialty Chef to join our kitchen team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a chef who takes pride in authentic regional cooking, consistency, and culinary creativity.

👨‍🍳 Role Overview

We are seeking a South Indian & North Indian Specialty Chef with strong experience in traditional and contemporary Indian cuisine. The ideal candidate should be passionate about high-quality ingredients, authentic cooking techniques, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

🔪 Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook authentic South Indian and North Indian dishes to a high standard
  • Maintain consistency in flavour, presentation, and quality
  • Manage kitchen preparation and mise en place efficiently
  • Work closely with the head chef and management team on menu execution and innovation
  • Ensure high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
  • Support junior kitchen staff and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment

📌 Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years experience working with South Indian and/or North Indian cuisine internationally
  • 2+ years experience in the UK preferred
  • Strong understanding of traditional spices, techniques, and regional dishes
  • Experience working in a fast-paced professional kitchen
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen operations
  • Passion for authentic Indian cooking and culinary excellence
