About Our Client
Our client is one of Australia and New Zealand's leading infrastructure and road services providers, delivering major transport, civil construction, and road maintenance projects.
What You Will Be Doing
- Assisting asphalt crews with road construction and maintenance projects
- Raking, levelling, and shovelling asphalt during paving operations
- Supporting plant operators and working alongside experienced asphalt crews
- Performing general labouring and site housekeeping duties
- Assisting with traffic control and maintaining safe work zones
- Loading, unloading, and handling tools, equipment, and materials
- Following site safety procedures and contributing to a positive team environment

What You Will Need
- Previous experience in asphalt, civil, or road construction (highly regarded)
- Construction White Card (essential)
- Asbestos Awareness Ticket & Silica Awareness Ticket (essential)
- Current HR Driver's Licence (advantageous)
- Relevant plant tickets such as Roller, Skid Steer, or similar (advantageous)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transport and willingness to travel across the ACT and South Coast region
