We're partnering with a leading global financial markets platform seeking high-performing revenue generators with established institutional relationships and a proven track record in Equities, Structured Products and Fixed Income. The business offers the infrastructure, flexibility and global reach for successful professionals to further develop and scale their franchise.
This is an entrepreneurial opportunity for individuals or teams looking to leverage a broad institutional client base and play a key role in the growth of a market-leading platform.
Location: Europe, Middle East or Dubai
Ideal Profile: Strong institutional network, demonstrable business generation experience, entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to build and grow client relationships across global markets.

Desired Skills and Experience
Key Requirements
- Proven brokerage background from a recognised interdealer broker, agency broker or similar market participant.
- Strong institutional client network with established relationships and a track record of generating business.
- Ability to monetise an existing franchise and bring valuable client relationships to the platform.
- Experience covering institutional clients such as banks, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, corporates and other professional market participants.
- Individuals with a demonstrable history of building and developing client relationships within financial markets.
- Product expertise can vary, as the firm is open to successful brokers across multiple asset classes and will support strong franchises with the appropriate infrastructure.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently grow and develop a business line.
- Team moves are highly attractive, although strong individual producers will also be considered.
- Candidates should be active, client-facing market professionals with a strong commercial focus and existing market presence.

- Brokers from established competitors and boutique brokerage platforms.
- Professionals covering Equities, Structured Products, Listed Futures & Options, FX, Commodities or other institutional markets.
- Candidates with broad geographical reach across EMEA, APAC and/or North America.
