Healthcare Support Workers
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Healthcare Support Workers to join Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership as part of the Community Treatment and Care (CTAC) Service.
This is a permanent part-time position working 25.5 hours per week. The service opens Monday- Friday and working days may vary (a Thursday shift will be required).
While employed by NHS Grampian, successful applicants may also be required to work flexibly across Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership services to respond to changing operational demands and ensure continuity of patient care.
Experience
- Experience working within the healthcare sector is essential, with desirable clinic-based healthcare experience.
- Applicants must be competent in venepuncture and possess a range of other fundamental nursing clinical skills relevant to the role.
- ECG experience is desirable for the position.

IT Proficiency
- A high level of IT proficiency is required, and experience using Vision, EMIS and TrakCare systems is desirable.
- Flexibility in travelling to difference CTAC clinic sites across Aberdeen City is also required.
Skills
- Successful candidates will demonstrate excellent communication and team-working skills, together with a strong commitment to delivering safe, effective and high-quality patient care.
- Candidates must also be confident to work independently in a clinic-based setting.
