Job Description
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Spa & Leisure Attendant to join our friendly team! Responsible for maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and maintenance of the Fairmont Spa facility in line with Fairmont brand standards, we are looking for someone who can help ensure maximum efficiency, safety, comfort and uncompromising attention and satisfaction to Guest and Member service.

The spa has 10 treatment rooms, a couple’s suite, pre and post relaxation spaces, a fully equipped gymnasium, fitness studio, swimming pool, thermal suite, spa reception and spa public areas.
A wee bit about what you will be doing:
- Consistently offer professional and engaging service to guests of the spa including hotel guests, day spa visitors and members.
- Responsible for both opening and closing the Spa and fitness facilities, following the appropriate daily set up and close down procedures.
- Responsible for all forms of cleaning, maintenance and replenishment of the Spa and fitness facility throughout the day, with attention to detail to ensure exceptional quality of service is maintained.
- Service and maintain the gents and ladies changing rooms to maintain order, cleanliness and amenities; replenish clean towel and robe supply throughout the spa facility ensuring all areas are adequately stocked.
- Frequent walkarounds of the spa and fitness facility to ensure all faculties are maintained, presented and in order in line with the Fairmont Spa standards.
- Gather used linens from the spa, treatment rooms and assemble for pick-up by laundry staff; distribute clean linens to designated storage areas and/or treatment rooms.
- Maintain presentation and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge and Thermal area.
- Replenish on food and beverage replenishment throughout the spa during the day.
- Compete scheduled Pool and Jacuzzi water testing and maintain daily operating pool plant tasks as required.
- Ensure all facilities and operating equipment are in good working order, reporting any faults or maintenance issues in a timely manner to the Spa Leadership Team or Duty Manager
- Assist in the operation of all spa departments as required.
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- The Ability to work as part of a team
- Similar experience would be preferable
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
