About The Bath Priory

At The Bath Priory, we believe exceptional hospitality starts with exceptional people. As part of our team, you'll bring warmth, personality and genuine care to every guest interaction, creating memorable experiences in one of the UK's most beautiful luxury hotels.

Role Overview

We're looking for an inspiring, commercially driven and hands-on Spa Manager to lead The Garden Spa, home to the UK's only L'Occitane Spa. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, luxury hospitality and developing high-performing teams.

Whether you've built your career within luxury spas or have transferable management experience, what matters most is your ability to inspire others, lead by example and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll be naturally welcoming, self-motivated and thrive in a busy, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

As Spa Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the spa, ensuring the highest standards of service, treatment delivery and presentation. You'll be commercially minded, with the ability to drive revenue, maximise retail and treatment sales, identify opportunities for growth and manage costs effectively, all while maintaining an exceptional guest experience. You'll be responsible for coaching and developing your team, driving performance and creating a positive, supportive culture where colleagues enjoy coming to work. Working closely with the wider hotel management team, you'll also take part in the Duty Management rota, playing a key role in the smooth operation of the hotel as a whole.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
