Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities related to the Spa Manager role
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the spa, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow as well as high levels of guest engagement and satisfaction.
- Support with the hiring and supervision of spa colleagues. Organize scheduling, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team delivers excellent services.
- Monitor and manage spa inventory, including products, equipment, and supplies. Ensure that all necessary items are stocked and available, and coordinate orders and deliveries as needed.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management to support the overall financial health of the spa.

About You
- Proven experience in spa management, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking skills to support the Spa Director and ensure smooth spa operations.
- Possess extensive knowledge of luxury spa operations and treatments as well as having an excellent understanding of health and safety regulations.
