Salary: £30,000 up to £32,000 per year, plus a range of great benefits and development opportunities.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional leisure and wellness experiences, overseeing the day-to-day operation of our spa and leisure facilities.
Working closely with the hotel leadership team and wider departments, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly—from team performance and guest experience to standards and commercial success. You’ll help create a relaxing, high-quality environment for our guests while driving engagement, revenue, and team development.

Role Responsibilities
- Lead the spa and wellness offering, ensuring high service standards, guest satisfaction and commercial performance
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations, including facilities, treatments and team performance
- Deliver a safe, clean and relaxing environment aligned with Warner Hotels’ brand
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong operational standards
- Work closely with hotel leadership to support team development and guest experience
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
- Deliver seasonal campaigns, wellness initiatives and premium spa experiences
- Promote wellbeing, relaxation and a high-quality guest journey
Requirements
- Experience in spa or wellness management within hospitality or leisure
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Commercial awareness (budgets, sales, retail performance)
- Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene and compliance standards
- Relevant spa/beauty qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3) preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Drive revenue through treatments, retail and promotions
- Manage budgets, costs and stock effectively
- Grow spa usage and enhance the wellness offering
- Oversee retail, merchandising, stock control and suppliers
- Monitor guest feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction and return visits
