Join Anglian Water's Strategic Pipeline Alliance as a Project Coordinator
Location: Site based at Grafham and Rede.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about contributing to one of the UK’s most ambitious water infrastructure projects? The Strategic Pipeline Alliance (SPA) is searching for a Project Coordinator to support and enhance our project delivery team.
What will you be doing as our new Project Coordinator?
You will be responsible for the coordination of day-to-day activities to ensure the smooth running of the site office. You will assist the project team with tracking essential deliverables throughout construction and for project completion, and maintaining overarching communication between different teams across SPA.
Your responsibilities will also include coordination of traffic management requirements, i.e., council liaising, notices, and permits are applied for, in place, and appropriate for the work being carried out.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining stock of office supplies and PPE, general office administration, handling ticket costing and invoice exceptions, ordering materials for site, site call-off orders, maintaining goods received register
- Running weekly production meetings, helping produce meeting material, taking minutes, and summary emails
- Keeping Permit, RAMS, and Plant registers up to date
- Communicating with the gangs, booking training, sharing wellbeing information, and promoting the monthly wellbeing themes
- Completing inductions, ensuring training and competencies meet requirements, and keeping them on register
- Maintaining highways coordination sheet, liaising with councils, submitting TTRO’s and permits, monitoring permits to go live and to close, reinstatement notices, and communication with the traffic management company.
