The Role
As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their spa journey.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and manage spa check-ins and departures.
- Handle bookings, enquiries, and treatment reservations.
- Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
- Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules.
- Support the spa team in delivering seamless guest experiences.
- Ensure reception and guest areas are always presented to a high standard.
About You
- Previous reception, spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Professional, friendly, and guest-focused.
- Confident using booking systems and computer software.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
