Reports to: Sales Team Leader
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: £27,850 + uncapped commission
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week + 1 in 3 weekends as overtime

Purpose

As a Spa Reservation Agent, you'll be responsible for managing reservations, providing expert advice, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will be working within a dynamic and enthusiastic team focused on delivering high-quality experiences. Main Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage reservations and enquiries from customers, ensuring that all bookings are processed efficiently and accurately
  • Provide expert advice to customers on our range of spa days, treatments and holidays, as well as other products and services
  • Build relationships with customers, ensuring that they receive a personalised service and that we meet their individual needs and requirements
  • Update our internal booking systems, ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date
  • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  • Support other team members as required, including answering incoming calls, responding to emails and managing online chat enquiries
  • Continuously develop your knowledge of the spa and travel industry and our products and services, in order to provide an exceptional customer experience.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working in the leisure, travel and tourism industry, preferably in a reservations or customer service role
  • A passion for spa and wellness, and a desire to share this with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines
  • Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately input data and manage multiple bookings simultaneously
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly-changing environment
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
