Spa Supervisor
About The Ned:
The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.
The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. It has since expanded to include The Ned NoMad in New York, The Ned Doha, and Ned’s Club Washington DC. Each property is unique and tailored to its location, but the ethos of The Ned remains the same; to create a space for like-minded professionals to meet, work, and have a good time.
The Ned City of London, where this role is based, houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.
Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will:
- Supervise the day-to-day operation of our Spa reception team
- Create an atmosphere of warmth and welcome in all our wellness spaces, ensuring every guest journey feels relaxed, personal and memorable from arrival to treatment to post-care
- Role-model service excellence and a culture of outstanding hospitality
- Guide the team to great commercial performance through labour control, product knowledge, and upselling training
- Maintain great compliance, cash and stock security, and health and safety practices in our wellness spaces
- Partner closely with our wellness, rooms, housekeeping, and membership teams to deliver a seamless experience for members and hotel guests
- Handle guest feedback with confidence, finding solutions that protect both guest experience and The Ned's reputation

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
