Job Description
This supervisory role will focus on the operational element of the spas, supervising the whole team of hosts and therapists who provide a unique and caring approach to the guests while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail within the spa. To be able to motivate, support, and lead by example, ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the spa.
This is a varied role which needs a flexible person who is able to manage their own time and prioritize effectively, daring to be different in continuing to find new ways to surprise and delight our guests.

Qualifications
If you’d like to progress your career and join our supervisory team, you will need the following attributes.
- Active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve efficiently
- Ability to share a vision of what a successful spa experience looks and feels like
- Planning and Time management skills
- Computer literate
- Experience in training and developing a team
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment
- A good understanding of how to deliver 5* customer service

Additional Information
We offer:
- £9.25 per hour
- 10% uncapped commission on retail sales
- Permanent contract, variety of working hours including weekends and evenings scheduled 4 weeks out to help plan your life activities – whether you plan to stay or travel!
