Description
We are looking for passionate and professional Spa Therapists to join our team and deliver exceptional treatments and five-star guest experiences.
Full-time, part-time and flexible working patterns are available, and we welcome applications from candidates looking for a working arrangement that suits their availability.
Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests in line with brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five-star client care, cleaning standards and personal grooming. You will also respond to guest needs and recommend suitable products where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, following the protocols and standards taught during training, whilst tailoring each treatment to the individual client's needs.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, treatments and brand standards through ongoing learning and development.
- Carry out an in-depth consultation with every client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history, preferences and concerns are identified.
- Provide personalised aftercare recommendations at the end of every treatment, linking recommendations to the client's individual needs.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation and professionalism.
- Deliver warm, attentive and personalised service throughout the guest journey.

Candidate Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- HND/SVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is essential.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in a similar luxury spa or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential.
- A professional, positive and guest-focused approach.
