Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. As the countryside companion to Maison Estelle, the manor is also a ‘hosted home’, bringing people together that have plenty to say and nothing to prove.

The Role:

With the fantastic support of our Wellness Manager and Head Therapist, we are seeking individuals who are driven to constantly deepen their knowledge and gain new skills in holistic therapies and ancient healing practices. In this role, you will be guided in curating exceptionally unique and personalized experiences for our guests and members to the luxury standards Eynsham Baths is renowned for.

If you are trained in a diverse range of complementary therapies, such as Deep tissue & sports massage, Reiki, Craniosacral osteopathy, Thai massage, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Tuina, Manual Lymphatic drainage, Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release etc. we would love to hear from you.

Who we are looking for?

  • NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years of experience, preferred.
  • An individual proficient in providing a wide range of massages, body treatments, and/or facials and who is committed to professional growth.
  • A team-orientated, positive and caring personality who is passionate about wellbeing.
  • Someone who embraces opportunities for self-development as well as share their skills with our guests, members and colleagues.
  • A compassionate and nurturing character, with a true commitment to caring for others.

We are open to both full and part time applications for this role, however flexibility for regular weekend working will be required.

The on target earning potential for this role is £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £30,804 plus a qualified estimate of £3,000 in gratuities and service charge and inclusion in our treatments commission scheme. Please note this role is paid hourly at £14.81 so this is a projected salary and OTE.
