About the Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will provide high-quality treatments to our guests, ensuring a soothing and personalized experience. You will be an ambassador of Agua Spa’s philosophy, offering expert service and creating a welcoming, calming atmosphere for every guest.
What You’ll Do
- Perform a range of treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, tailored to guests’ needs.
- Deliver an exceptional level of service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and rejuvenated.
- Provide expert product knowledge and recommend at-home skincare routines.
- Maintain high hygiene standards and ensure treatment rooms are prepared and pristine.
- Build strong relationships with guests, fostering repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Support the wider spa team in day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless experience.

About You
- Qualified in beauty therapy or massage (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a luxury spa, wellness centre, or high-end hospitality environment.
- A passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic treatments.
- Strong communication skills with a warm and professional approach.
- A team player who thrives in a serene yet dynamic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
Salary
Up to £18 p/h
