The Role
Are you a passionate therapist who thrives on delivering exceptional care? We are seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist to join our team, someone who brings vibrant energy, genuine warmth, and a commitment to excellence to every single treatment.
In this role, you will be a vital part of our 5-star guest journey. From the moment you welcome our hotel guests, members, and visitors, to the delivery of our specialised treatments, you will ensure a flawless, rejuvenating experience. If you pride yourself on impeccable service and love guiding guests through a luxury wellness journey, we would love to hear from you.
Our Ideal Candidate
This position would be perfect for qualified therapists wanting to enhance and progress their experience of working in a 5* Spa. You will have a thorough knowledge of massage techniques and possess a general understanding of body and facial treatments. You will have a genuine passion for what you do and always go above and beyond.
Requirements
For our Spa Therapist role, you must hold a Level 2 & 3 Beauty and Spa Therapy diploma (NVQ). Experience working with our current product houses (Elemis and Seabody) is desirable however full training will be provided.

The Spa has 6 treatment rooms including 2 couples treatment rooms, a beautiful relaxation room, a mosaic mud rhassoul treatment room, Hydrotherapy pool, sauna, steam room and tepidarium beds and experience showers.

Salary and Contract
This is a permanent, full-time position based on a 40-hour working week over 5 days including weekends and bank holidays.
The rate of pay is £13.56 per hour plus a 1% commission on all treatments carried out. You will also receive 10% commission on all retail sales you make and a share of the gratuities received across the hotel.
In line with UK Immigration and Employment Law, only applicants eligible to live and work in the UK need apply. We can also accept applications from candidates that hold a "skilled worker" visa. Proof of ID will be required in the form of a Passport, National Identity Card or Birth Certificate.
