SPA THERAPIST

THE ROLE – SPA THERAPIST

Cameron Spa is award winning. Our state-of-the-art hydro and thermal facilities include the iconic roof-top infinity pool. There’s a VIP couple’s room with mineral bath, steam room and private balcony, and Rasul mud chamber, steam room and relaxation suite.

Our team of highly qualified therapists deliver a treatment menu for all occasions be it a full-day indulgence or mini treatment, guests are sure to leave relaxed and rejuvenated.

As part of this large professional team, you will report to the Treatments Manager and your scope will be to provide luxury treatments from our menu including massage, facials, foot treatments and reflexology as well as manicures and pedicures. You will ensure an exceptional first impression and overall unrivalled experience for all our Spa members and guests.

Key Things You Will Be Responsible For

  • Stocking of treatment rooms
  • Clear down and set up of treatment and spa areas
  • Pre-treatment consultations
  • Providing high standard of tailored luxury spa treatment to your guest
  • Selling treatments, spa experiences and retail items
  • Treatment room hygiene, cleanliness and presentation
  • Maintaining guest confidentiality and handling feedback
  • Reporting of maintenance faults
  • Storage and security of stock and retail products
  • Following opening and closing procedures of treatment areas
  • Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings as required.
  • General assistance to spa assistants and the reception team

To Be Eligible To Apply You Will Also Need

  • Minimum HNC/HND/SVQ level 3 qualification in Beauty or Complementary Therapies or equivalent qualifications essential. C.I.D.E.S.C.O./CIBTAC qualified a bonus.
  • Experience of working in customer service, hospitality or the spa industry
  • Previous experience of working with ESPA product range an advantage
  • Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships and a flexible approach to work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and ability to use handheld technology
