Situated on the east bank of the Thames, the four-star New Providence Wharf hotel is a modern luxury retreat near the world-famous O2 Arena, and just 20 minutes from the ExCel Centre and London City Airport.
We are looking for a skilled, professional, and customer-focused Spa Therapist to join our spa and leisure team. In this role, you will deliver a range of high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, ensuring a relaxing, rejuvenating, and memorable experience.

Responsibilities
- Providing a range of Spa Treatments, including Massages, body treatments, and facials.
- Consulting with guests to understand their needs and recommending suitable treatments and products.
- Ensuring a welcoming, relaxing, and professional atmosphere in all spa and treatment areas.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
- Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products to enhance the guest experience.
- Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain spa standards.
- Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.
- Handling reception duties such as phone calls, emails, membership enquiries, and spa bookings.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed
- Level 3 DIPLOMA in Beauty Therapy Treatments Required
- Passionate about Spa treatments and the wellness industry.
- Will perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, protocols, and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
- Keeps up to date with current techniques and new trends related to their field of work.
- A flexible approach to work, with availability for shifts including mornings/afternoon, weekends, and public holidays as required.
- Preferably experienced in a similar role within a spa environment.
- A friendly and professional approach with strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when required.
You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
