Spa Therapist, Spa & Wellness
Shift Pattern (40 hours, 5 days per week)

Responsibilities
As a Spa Therapist at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the smooth flow of the guest’s journey throughout the day.
- Performing treatments on guests whilst maintaining the guest’s comfort at all times.
- Being on time for spa treatment appointments and thoroughly reviewing appointments after completing each treatment.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms.
- Maintaining cleanliness and attention to detail in treatment room throughout shift.
- Courteously interacting and answering all Spa & Wellness and hotel related questions with guests.
- Having a thorough understanding of all retail sales items sold in the Spa Boutique and all Mandarin Oriental treatments and packages offered in the Spa.

Shift Pattern
As a Spa Therapist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon, and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
