Join the dedicated team at Loughview Leisure Group, operating the luxurious Spa at Doubletree by Hilton Templepatrick, where we craft idyllic journeys to pure calmness and serenity. We are seeking passionate and skilled Spa Therapists who are eager to deliver unparalleled guest service within our state-of-the-art treatment rooms, exclusive spa menu, and private hydro area.

What We Are Looking For
- A recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
- A minimum of one year's previous experience within the beauty or spa industry.
- A positive and professional demeanour with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
- Impeccable grooming standards.
- Adaptability to diverse guest needs and spa operations.
- The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

About The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in creating an unrivalled experience for our members, hotel guests, and spa visitors. You will be instrumental in making a positive and lasting impression, ensuring every guest journey is transformative.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Anticipating and exceeding guest expectations, maintaining a calm, courteous, and professional demeanour at all times.
- Curating and delivering exceptional spa journeys, ensuring each guest enjoys a truly memorable and indulgent experience.
- Warmly welcoming and providing comprehensive aftercare to all clients, ensuring a holistic and memorable spa visit.
- Performing a range of luxurious facial and body treatments, massages, and beauty services with precision and care.
- Proactively contributing to achieving spa sales targets through expert product recommendations and service enhancements.
- Managing cash and payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Adhering to all departmental policies and procedures, ensuring a seamless and professional spa operation.
- Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene across all spa operations.
- Maintaining a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene.
- Collaborating effectively with other hotel departments to enhance the overall guest experience.

Required Criteria
- NVQ Beauty Therapy Level 2, 3 or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills with a customer focused mindset
- Work well within a team
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic with a ‘can do attitude’
- Goes above and beyond for clients and their needs
- Confident in building relationships with your clients and recommending products to increase secondary review
- Flexible and available to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays where required
- Be willing to carry out a pool responder course
Desired Criteria
- Previous Spa experience desirable
- Indian Head Massage
