The Spa Therapist role is an on-site position based at Macdonald Linden Hall Golf and Spa Hotel in Morpeth. The Spa Therapist will deliver a range of professional spa treatments, including facials, massages, and body therapies, in line with brand standards and treatment protocols. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene
- Managing appointment schedules
- Maintaining product and linen stock
The role involves providing exceptional customer service by:
- Welcoming guests
- Conducting consultations
- Tailoring treatments to individual needs
- Offering aftercare and product advice
The Spa Therapist will collaborate with spa and hotel colleagues to support smooth operations, contribute to the overall guest experience, and assist with spa promotions or special packages.

Qualifications
- Professional spa and beauty expertise, including Spa Treatments and Facials, with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality services.
- Beauty therapy training, with relevant certifications or licenses as required.
- Strong Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, empathy, and a guest-focused approach.
- Attention to detail, commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ability to follow treatment protocols.
- Capacity to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings, and to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary spa and hotel team.
- Previous experience in a spa, wellness, or hotel environment is beneficial.
