Mint People are recruiting experienced, passionate, and professional Spa Therapists to join our growing hospitality team, delivering exceptional spa experiences at luxury hotels and spa destinations across Manchester and the surrounding areas.

Your Role
As a Spa Therapist, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional treatments while ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- 💆♀️ Providing a range of professional face and body treatments to the highest standards.
- 🌿 Delivering outstanding customer service from arrival through to departure.
- ✨ Consulting with guests to recommend treatments and retail products tailored to their individual needs.
- 🧖 Maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
- 🛍️ Promoting spa packages, memberships, and retail products where appropriate.
- 🤝 Working closely with the wider spa and hotel teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- 📋 Following all health & safety, hygiene, and company procedures.
- ⭐ Creating a welcoming, calm, and luxurious atmosphere for every guest.

What We're Looking For
- ✔ Qualified Spa Therapist (NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent).
- ✔ Previous experience working within a spa, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment.
- ✔ Confident delivering a range of massage and beauty treatments.
- ✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- ✔ A professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- ✔ A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- ✔ A flexible approach to working weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
