Here’s what you can look forward to as our Spa Therapist:
- Package on Offer:
- Full-time – Basic Annual Salary: £30,000
- 10% Commission on treatments

Tasks
A Day in Your Neighbourhood
- Deliver exceptional treatments – Perform luxurious face and body treatments, massages, facials, and wellbeing rituals with confidence, care, and impeccable attention to detail.
- Create personalised experiences – Take time to understand every guest’s needs, tailoring consultations and recommendations to create truly memorable moments.
- Share your expertise – Recommend retail products, treatments, and wellbeing experiences that enhance the guest journey while supporting commercial success.
- Maintain a sanctuary of calm – Ensure treatment rooms are beautifully presented, fully stocked, and maintained to the highest standards throughout the day.
- Work as one team – Collaborate closely with Spa Reception and fellow therapists to deliver a seamless experience from arrival through to departure.
- Own the details – Keep consultation records, treatment notes, room checklists, and daily administration accurate and up to date.
- Go beyond expectations – Handle guest requests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury wellbeing destination.
- Champion sustainability – Support environmentally conscious practices, reducing waste and embracing our commitment to responsible wellbeing.
Requirements
What’s Your Story?
You’re passionate about helping people feel their best and committed to delivering service that feels both personal and exceptional. You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A recognised spa therapy qualification (NVQ Level 3, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, VTCT or equivalent)
- Previous experience within a luxury spa, wellness, or premium hospitality environment
- Expertise in massage therapies, facials, and body treatments
- Strong retail and product recommendation skills
- Exceptional guest care and communication abilities
- Knowledge of health & safety, hygiene, and spa operating procedures
- A calm, polished, and professional presence
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for wellbeing and continuous learning

Step into serenity at K West Spa, our natural haven that invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect.
Rooted in a holistic, nature-inspired philosophy and using GROUND Wellbeing products, the Spa will feature an extensive Thermal Suite, spa garden, six beautifully designed treatment rooms, two couples’ suites, and serene relaxation spaces. It’s the ultimate reset.
Our brand-new luxury spa is undergoing final renovations and will be opening in Autumn 2026. Featuring modern wellness facilities, relaxing treatment rooms, and a hydrotherapy pool, we are excited to bring a premium spa experience to Shepherd’s Bush.
