As a Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver exceptional five-star experiences, guiding guests from arrival to post-treatment with care, expertise, and professionalism. Each day is a chance to inspire, connect, and elevate the wellbeing of every guest, while contributing to a positive and supportive spa team.
What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:
- Deliver exceptional five-star treatments, following trained protocols while tailoring each experience to the individual guest, with thorough consultation and personalised aftercare.
- Create a seamless guest journey, from taking bookings through TRYBE and completing pre-arrival checks to welcoming guests and guiding them through their spa experience.
- Promote treatments, services, and retail opportunities, working towards our 7% retail sales target and maximising treatment availability and prepayments.
- Work collaboratively across the spa and wider hotel, supporting Spa Reception and Spa Butler duties when required and leading by example in five-star guest service.
- Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and exceptional standards of cleanliness, health, and safety, while reporting maintenance issues and sharing ideas to continually improve our spa offering.
