JOB MISSION
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact? We’re looking for passionate individuals eager to help grow our Skincare Business in our Training & Education Department while upholding our core values of beauty, ethics, and sustainability.
As our SPA Trainer and Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering brand, treatment and product training to spa’s and salons across the Midlands, Northern England & Scotland. Supporting the salons and spas with consumer events, alongside industry events to support the business and develop the brand awareness and sustainability ethos.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Delivering [comfort zone] and skin regimen Brand knowledge and Spa Training courses to the highest levels
- Delivering all courses to 5* spa guidelines, incorporating client care, client journey
- All courses to be delivered with clear effective home care and sales knowledge
- Represent the company to the highest level at all times, according to company expectations.
- Working with the Business Managers to fulfil training requirements in the region
- Managing their own diary and journey plan. Travel and overnight stays are part of this role, alongside international travel to Head Office in Italy
- Ensuring all materials are arranged for all courses
- Ensuring all admin relating to the role is accurate, and up to date
- Providing event support to the business manager and achieving targets
- The position requires a high level of professionalism, efficiency and effectiveness with customer enthusiasm at all times.
- Flexibility required to transcend between departments to support the needs of the business
- Participate in social and environmental initiatives to support [comfort zone]’s sustainable ethos
- Participate in UK Sales Meetings and Industry Events

Who You Are
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience as a company trainer for a spa brand
- Teacher training qualification (C&G7307, PTLLS or equivalent)
- Worked as a therapist in a premium spa environment for a minimum of 3 years.
- Have a passion for retail sales and proven track record in achieving targets
- Have a hands on approach to training and development of the therapists
- Have clear effective communication skills, highly organised with a high level of attention to detail
- Resilient and resourceful in a fast paced changing company
- A positive and enthusiastic personality with a can-do attitude
- The ability to multi-task and be able to deal with daily pressures of looking after multiple projects and tasks
- Have immaculate personal presentation and standards
- A Clean Valid UK Driving Licence.
