What’s the role?

Spa Treatment Manager

About The Ned:

The Ned and Ned’s Club are a global collection of hotels, clubs, spas, and restaurants for like-minded individuals to meet, work and have a good time.

The Ned launched in 2017 in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters. It has since expanded to include The Ned NoMad in New York, The Ned Doha, and Ned’s Club Washington DC. Each property is unique and tailored to its location, but the ethos of The Ned remains the same: to create a space for like-minded professionals to meet, work, and have a good time.

The Ned City of London, where this role is based, houses Ned’s Club - a private members’ space, gym and rooftop - alongside a public spa, a whole floor of event spaces, ten restaurants and bars, and 250 hotel bedrooms.

Reporting to the Spa Manager, you will:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Spa Therapists, ensuring treatments are delivered to the highest standards
  • Manage therapist rotas, holidays, and staffing levels to support business needs and operational efficiency
  • Oversee treatment bookings and reservations, maximising utilisation and identifying upselling opportunities
  • Drive retail and treatment revenue through coaching, performance management, and team engagement
  • Support the onboarding, training, and ongoing development of Spa team members
  • Act as Duty Manager, overseeing the smooth operation of the Spa and wider Wellness facilities during assigned shifts
  • Deliver spa treatments when required, maintaining exemplary treatment standards and guest experience

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
