We are now seeking an experienced, passionate, and people-focused Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager to support the leadership and daily operation of our Spa & Wellness department. This role is essential in ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team engagement, and financial performance. As Spa & Wellness Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Spa & Wellness Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities. You will lead by example, inspire your team, and ensure every guest receives a personalised and memorable experience from arrival through departure.
What You Will Do
- Support the Spa & Wellness Manager in the daily operation of the spa, fitness, and wellness facilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the spa team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect Four Seasons standards of luxury, care, and personalised service
- Assist with scheduling, payroll administration, and overall team performance management
- Monitor facility standards, cleanliness, and presentation to ensure a world-class environment at all times
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns promptly, professionally, and effectively
- Support the achievement of departmental revenue goals through treatment, retail, and membership sales initiatives
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and ordering of spa products and supplies
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, hygiene, and operating procedures
- Work closely with other hotel departments to deliver seamless guest experiences and promote wellness offerings
- Support the implementation of wellness programmes, spa promotions, and special events
- Prepare operational reports and assist with monitoring departmental performance metrics

What You Bring
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury spa, wellness, leisure, or hospitality environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Passion for wellness, health, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
- Confident decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of revenue generation and retail performance
- Knowledge of spa operations, treatments, fitness, and wellness services is highly desirable
- Professional, positive, and collaborative attitude
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
