Location: North West London
Hybrid work: 2 - 3 days a week in the office
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission

- Generate new business by identifying and engaging with prospective customers and key decision-makers.
- Build a sustainable pipeline of opportunities and convert prospects into long-term customers.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Present tailored solutions and commercial proposals that demonstrate clear value to customers.
- Own the sales cycle from initial contact through to negotiation, agreement, and successful onboarding.
- Grow existing business by identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and develop strategic accounts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understood and delivered effectively.
- Stay close to industry developments and customer needs, using market insight to identify new commercial opportunities.
The Candidate

- Fluent in Spanish and French (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in a B2B sales environment needed
- Background working within the packaging sector preferred
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills with the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able and willing to travel to the designated markets
