This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Spanish Audio Specialist - Freelance AI Trainer Project based in United Kingdom.

Join a specialized AI training project focused on assessing and benchmarking advanced agentic audio models against leading systems.

  • Create realistic role-play scenarios that simulate customer support interactions across travel, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
  • Help build diverse datasets used to evaluate conversational audio agents in real-world situations.
  • Assess model performance across conversational, technical, and audio-specific criteria, including accuracy, naturalness, comprehension, and contextual understanding.

The role combines strong Spanish language expertise with clear verbal communication and an interest in structured, technology-driven evaluation.

Accountabilities

  • Create and execute role-play-based evaluation scenarios that realistically simulate customer service conversations across flight bookings and travel support, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
  • Contribute to the creation of diverse and representative datasets used to assess and benchmark conversational audio agents.
  • Evaluate model performance using standardized qualitative and quantitative criteria, including task completion accuracy, efficiency, conversational naturalness, tone, flow, coherence, and response quality.
  • Assess audio comprehension, instruction adherence, contextual understanding, and the ability of models to handle realistic customer support scenarios.
  • Apply evaluation rubrics consistently and ensure assessments reflect real customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, accuracy, and natural conversational flow.
  • Use basic programming literacy to understand JSON structures, functions, methods, structured data, and simple logical relationships.
  • Communicate technical observations clearly when evaluating support-style problem-solving and documenting model behavior.

Requirements

  • Strong fluency in English, combined with excellent verbal communication skills in simulated customer support environments.
  • Professional-level Spanish proficiency across reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
  • Strong ability to communicate naturally, clearly, and effectively in Spanish during realistic conversational scenarios.
  • Familiarity with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, technical instructions, and standardized assessment processes.
  • Basic computer programming literacy, including an understanding of JSON structures, functions, methods, structured data, and simple logic.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to evaluate conversational quality, contextual understanding, and technical responses consistently.
  • Access to a high-quality microphone capable of providing clean and reliable audio input during evaluations.
  • Access to a secure computer capable of running audio recording software and opening large technical documents.
  • Ability to work independently while following detailed technical guidelines and evaluation standards.
