This freelance opportunity is designed for Spanish (Latin America) language specialists who want to contribute their expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems. You will evaluate advanced language models across linguistic, factual, logical, and cultural scenarios. Your work will help identify subtle language errors involving grammar, semantics, pragmatics, dialects, idioms, and regional nuances. You will document model failures in a clear and reproducible way, helping improve evaluation methods and AI performance. The role combines linguistic expertise, critical analysis, structured communication, and interaction with multimodal AI training workflows. It offers the opportunity to apply your language knowledge to practical AI development while working remotely and independently.

Accountabilities

  • Interact with advanced AI models using a wide range of Spanish (Latin America) language scenarios and linguistic challenges.
  • Evaluate model responses for grammatical accuracy, factual correctness, logical consistency, cultural relevance, and appropriate language usage.
  • Analyze areas such as phonetics, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, verb conjugation, agreement, sentence structure, word order, idiomatic expressions, and regional variations.
  • Identify and document model failure modes, inconsistencies, and reasoning errors in a clear, detailed, and reproducible format.
  • Explain linguistic judgments and demonstrate the reasoning behind evaluations to support the improvement of AI systems.
  • Assess cultural and regional nuances specific to Spanish-speaking populations across Latin America.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations that can contribute to prompt engineering, model evaluation frameworks, and training methodologies.
  • Participate in multimodal data collection and evaluation activities involving written, audio, video, and image-based inputs when required.
  • Follow project guidelines, data-quality standards, security requirements, and applicable consent procedures throughout the engagement.
  • Submit only permitted personal content and ensure that third-party or sensitive personal information is not included in project materials.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
