The role:

  • Develop sales and distribution across mainstream retail, independent retailers and foodservice channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers and other external stakeholders
  • Plan, execute and evaluate trade promotions and commercial activities.
  • Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends and sales performance to support business planning
  • Coordinate inventory and supply planning with distributors to ensure continuous product availability.
  • Analyse market and sales data providing timely reports to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business projects

The candidate:

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
  • Fluent in Italian would be an extra advantage
  • Experience in FMCG sales or business development needed
  • Exposure to distributor management and supply chain desirable
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills with good Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Passion for food and the food industry
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
  • Must have a valid UK/EU drivers licence
  • Must have the right to work in the UK

The salary: up to £50,000pa depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits
