Spanish speaking Business Development Manager (FMCG)
- Location: London
- Hybrid work: 2 days a week in the office
- Salary: up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits

The Role
- Develop sales and distribution across mainstream retail, independent retailers, and foodservice channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, customers, and other external stakeholders
- Plan, execute, and evaluate trade promotions and commercial activities
- Monitor pricing, competitors, market trends, and sales performance to support business planning
- Coordinate inventory and supply planning with distributors to ensure continuous product availability
- Analyse market and sales data providing timely reports to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver business projects

Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in Italian would be an extra advantage
- Experience in FMCG sales or business development needed
- Exposure to distributor management and supply chain desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organisational, and reporting skills with good Microsoft Office proficiency
- Passion for food and the food industry
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when required.
Salary
Up to £50,000 per annum depending on experience plus bonus and great benefits.
