Spanish Speaking Credit Controller - Permanent - Notting Hill, London (Hybrid) - Up to £30,000
IN2 Consult has an exciting opportunity for a Spanish speaking Credit Controller to work with a multinational client of ours based in Notting Hill on a permanent basis.
The duties of the Spanish speaking Credit Controller role include:
- Manage end-to-end credit control for a ledger spanning UK and Spanish customer accounts
- Chase outstanding debt via phone, email, and letter in both English and Spanish
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers to ensure timely payment
- Resolve queries and disputes in collaboration with Sales and Customer Service teams
- Allocate cash and reconcile customer accounts accurately
- Produce and maintain debtor reports, escalating risk accounts as required
- Set up new customer accounts, including credit checks and credit limit recommendations
- Liaise with Spanish subsidiary/office contacts on local payment terms, practices, and legal requirements where relevant
- Support month-end reporting on debtor days, cash collection targets, and provisions
- Maintain accurate notes and records on the ledger/CRM system
