We're looking for a Spanish speaking CS Advisor
Join us on a 9–12 month Fixed term Contract to cover a period of maternity leave.
Your Part in the Performance
Our ideal applicant will be able to communicate confidently and professionally with our Spanish speaking customers.
Ideally, you will also be passionate about music and/or audio-visual products. Whether you are a DJ, play in a brass band, drum in a marching band, or love researching the latest home cinema or Wi-Fi technology, we can put your knowledge to good use. You will be professional, friendly and reliable.
You will be set up to provide brilliant customer service, answering inbound calls and a small number of emails, while providing friendly and professional advice across a wide range of musical instruments, equipment and audio-visual products.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Answering inbound calls and a small number of emails from customers.
- Providing friendly and professional advice on a wide range of musical instruments, related products and/or audio-visual equipment.
- Resolving challenging customer enquiries and escalating where appropriate.
- Becoming a valued member of our specialist Customer Service team.

- Multilingual- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (C1/C2 level).
- Confidence and an exceptional telephone manner, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Some experience of working in a customer service environment.
- Computer literate to a high standard, with good Microsoft Office skills.
- Good knowledge of musical instruments and equipment would be hugely beneficial.
- Reliable and committed to providing first-class advice and service.
- Highly communicative, professional and customer focused.
- Ideally, an interest in and appreciation of music.
Location and Working Hours
We are predominantly looking for candidates to work at our head office in York. Working hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.
