Responsibilities
Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate
Location: Newport – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)
Salary: Around £26,000 depending on experience
This would be a 6 month fixed-term contract, likely to be extended into a permanent contract for the right candidate

Main Duties
Provide high level customer service and administrative support.
The Role
- Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
- Order processing and arranging deliveries
- Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
- Process invoices and take payment details
- Support the team with any administration duties as necessary

Candidate's Profile
- Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous customer service or admin experience – Desired
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- IT literate (ideally SAP)
