Responsibilities

Spanish speaking Customer Service Associate

Location: Newport – hybrid (3 days in the office and 2 days at home)

Salary: Around £26,000 depending on experience

This would be a 6 month fixed-term contract, likely to be extended into a permanent contract for the right candidate

Main Duties

Provide high level customer service and administrative support.

The Role

  • Answer all customer enquiries via telephone and email in a timely manner
  • Order processing and arranging deliveries
  • Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting
  • Process invoices and take payment details
  • Support the team with any administration duties as necessary

  • Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) – Essential
  • Previous customer service or admin experience – Desired
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • IT literate (ideally SAP)
