The Role

This is a true outbound sales role.

Your primary responsibility will be generating new business through proactive prospecting, developing relationships and converting opportunities into long-term customers.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Proactively identifying and winning new business through outbound prospecting
  • Building relationships with senior decision-makers across the architecture, design and hospitality sectors.
  • Managing your own portfolio of customers and growing long-term partnerships.
  • Rebooking existing customers into future events.
  • Attending international events and meeting customers face-to-face.
  • Managing your pipeline using our CRM and structured sales process.
  • Consistently achieving activity, pipeline and revenue targets.

The majority of your working week will be spent speaking with customers and prospects via phone and Zoom.

What We're Looking For

Essential

  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish
  • Proven outbound sales experience.
  • Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls every day.
  • Naturally curious and confident speaking to senior decision-makers.
  • Highly organised with excellent follow-up discipline.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
  • Happy travelling internationally once a month.
