About the Role
Responsible for day-to-day interpreting and translation work for Latin America projects, and actively involved in international engineering business negotiations and cross-cultural collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Provide interpreting services for project meetings, business negotiations, and technical briefings, ensuring accurate and efficient communication.
- Translate and proofread contracts, reports, and technical documentation to ensure the professionalism of the documents.
- Act as a communication bridge to facilitate collaboration and integration between expatriate teams, local teams, and partners.
- Provide day-to-day language support to project personnel and carry out other translation and communication-related tasks.
- Participate in on-site project work; depending on project requirements and staff arrangements, be deployed to project sites—including those in high-altitude regions—as required to provide translation, communication, and coordination support during the construction phase.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher, specializing in Spanish.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have studied in Latin America or undertaken an internship with a Latin America company.
- Preference will be given to candidates able to adapt to working in a high-altitude environment.
