Flexzo Teach | Spanish Tutor (In-Person / Alternative Provision)
Exciting daytime tutoring opportunities across Lytham, Blackpool, Preston, and Sheffield.
Flexzo Teach connects dedicated educators directly with high-impact learning providers. We are currently seeking a supportive and creative Spanish Tutor to deliver tailored, daytime tuition for secondary-aged learners. Supporting council-commissioned Alternative Provision, this role focuses on helping students overcome gaps in learning and additional needs by building consistency, communication skills, and academic confidence through structured 1-to-1 instruction.

- Tailored 1-to-1 Delivery: Help young people gain confidence and measurable progress through personalized, high-engagement modern foreign language tuition.
- Specialised Training & CPD: Access ongoing professional development in SEND support, Alternative Provision best practice, and 1-to-1 behaviour management.
- Structured Support: Utilize well-established learning frameworks with the creative freedom to adapt resources to match each student's pace and learning style.
What you need:
- Relevant qualifications or proven experience teaching/tutoring Spanish at secondary level (KS3/KS4).
- Strong subject knowledge with a talent for breaking down language concepts for learners with SEND and additional needs.
- Daytime availability and willingness to travel across Lytham, Blackpool, Preston, or deliver within centre provision in Sheffield.
- Comfort delivering tuition in home and community settings.
- Right to work in the UK and an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
- A passion for building student resilience and fostering engagement in language learning.
