SPAR Supervisor - Permanent / Part Time (14 hours per week)

About the Role
Seniority Level: Store Supervisor Contract Type: Permanent or Part-Time Hours of Work: 14 hours per week
Our Supervisors are instrumental in ensuring our stores operate efficiently and our teams perform at their best. You’ll create a supportive, motivated, and high-performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Supervisor, you’ll:
- Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Take operational responsibility for the store when the Store Manager or Assistant Manager is absent
- Set a professional example, maintaining all store standards—including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene
- Update and maintain store audits and administrative procedures
