Spare Parts and Customer Service Manager
Required for the UK market-leading supplier of liquid filling and capping machinery working within a small and friendly team, based in Princes Risborough.
Good competitive rate, subject to experience. Reporting to two Owners/Directors. Modern office environment, open plan office.
Job Description:
- Following up Spare part enquiries and dealing with our suppliers.
- Updating our in-house database (Sales Force).
- Creating new Spare part Job Files using Sage.
- Ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner.
- Raising invoices to customers and placing orders with suppliers.
- Follow up deposit invoices.
- Overviewing spare parts all the way through to deliveries.
- Keeping track of progress on all spare parts and reporting to Directors on a weekly basis.
- Answering incoming calls and redirecting within the office.
- Assisting with sales/spares/engineers enquiries to ensure follow-up is complete.
- Liaising with finance to assist with accounts.
- Managing Service Contracts, engineer’s diaries, and service sheets.
- Booking services when due.
- Arranging transport and dealing with customs clearance.
- Follow up on any customer or supplier enquiries.
- General office tasks including filing, record keeping, and assisting Managing Directors as and when required.

Service Contracts:
- Amending service contracts for the new year.
- Revising new machines that need to be added.
- New customers.
- Chasing customers for signed contracts and PO.
- Arranging appointments, etc.
Service Visits:
- Send invoices and quotes to customers.
- File.
Customers Enquiries:
- Dealing with incoming calls and enquiries from customers.
- Liaising with engineers and directors.
- Arranging site visits.

Required Education, Skills, and Qualifications
- Self-motivated.
- Good communication with people on the phone, suppliers, colleagues, and customers.
- Proactive.
- Follow up enquiries.
- Spare part and customer service.
- Experience within the packaging and Automotive industry.
Job Type: Full-time On site
Salary Range: £33-36k per annum
- Government Pension scheme.
- Death in service benefit.
- Monday to Friday Hours: 8.30am to 5 pm with ½ hour for lunch. 40 hrs a week.
- Holiday: 25 days plus bank holidays.
