Spares Administrator Role

As a Spares Administrator in the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll play a key role supporting the service team by managing spare parts orders, quotations, invoicing, stock control, customer enquiries, and SAP administration to ensure engineers and customers receive a high level of service. Based in Milton Keynes, this role is ideal for someone proactive who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment with excellent long-term progression opportunities.

Description

  • Process spare parts orders and quotations using SAP.
  • Support customers and engineers with parts enquiries and order requests.
  • Manage invoicing, invoice queries, and service-related administration.
  • Maintain stock levels and place orders with suppliers when required.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and deliver a high level of service.
  • Produce reports for management and support key account administration.
  • Resolve order issues and ensure accurate system records.
  • Work closely with engineers, customers, and the wider service team.

Profile

A successful Spares Administrator should have:

  • Strong SAP experience, with confidence using ERP systems daily.
  • Experience processing orders, quotations, invoicing, or stock administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with customers and engineers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, able to use initiative and solve problems independently.
  • Team player with a positive, friendly, and professional approach.
